    If you really want to use Vista on 4th gen Intel hardware, you could use the 32-bit edition which is not affected by the bug and works just fine. Although it limits you to just 3.5GB's of RAM.

    The OpenGL driver from Catalyst 14.11.2 should also work, it's the last version of Catalyst that works on Vista with just a simple inf mod. Don't know whether it has any advantages over the 13.12 one though.

    Powershell 3.0 can't be installed on vista. It only supports Server 2008/Win7+.

    Vista x64 doesn't work properly on Intel haswell and later cpus. You need to use Vista x86.

    MSI Afterburner 4.5.0 works. Version 4.6.0 and newer are broken.

    Photoshop CC 2017 works on Vista extended kernel. I couldn't get newer versions working because the setup crashes.

    Nvidia drivers up to 368.81 should work, since the .inf file has a section for Windows Vista.

    Did you update Windows to april 2017 before installing the extended kernel?

    It didn't install them. It clearly says there that no drivers are installed for this device.

    JRE 16.0.1 works on vista with the extended kernel installed. Minecraft 1.17 now launches with Multimc.

    The latest version of Seamonkey works with the extended kernel. You just need to extract the installer and modify the .exe with CFF explorer.
