    I can't even find an way to fix Visual C++ redistributable 2015-2019 or 2022 setup failed error with code 0x80240017 on Windows 8.0. I tried Setting Compatibility Flags to WinSvr03SP1 via Registry, installing Windows 8 ADK to use application compatibility toolkit (it always gets unknown software exception error), etc but none of them work.
