Finally, I was able to suppress CommandBar from a clean installation of 1809 update. Better than this only if the search bar could be integrated to the address bar (as in web browsers), and it to the title bar saving vertical space. There's only one problem now: OldNewExplorer brings back the Windows 7 menu bar, which is very good for who hates the ribbon. But the CopyToFolder and MoveToFolder options in the menu of the toolbar send selected files directly to the user root folder, with no choice of the destination.

Didn't work. In Windows/rescache there was a ResCache.mni file and three folders: rc0000, rc0001 and _merged. I took ownership of the numbered folders, deleted them, rebooted the system, and the edited dll had no effect to hide the CommandBar. It was not possible to delete the _merged because no form of ownership was successful. Anyway, this is already too complicated to risk changes without back in the system. Thanks for the help of all of you, Anixx, dhjohns and especially Tihiy for the excellent ONE, which helps us greatly to optimize the traditionaly ugly and useless space of Microsoft's bars.

I remember that I could kill CommandBar in Win7 using the taught technique of this link: https://www.askvg.com/how-to-make-folder-band-auto-hidden-in-windows-vista/ I opened your dll in ResourceHacker and saw that it is the same strategy, only that its replaces the dll in Windows/Resources and that of Seven replaces the dll in Windows/System32. I tried the latter, with reboot of the pc, but the result was null, with an unexpected side effect: ResourceHacker shows the changed dll without the lines of code to subtract the CommandBar, no matter how many times I edit, I appropriate and make the substitution of the dll. It's as if the system literally ignores anything edited in this System32 dll.
