I checked the code, they just changed the command line parameter for disabling custom title bar. The correct parameter in newer Chromium browsers is -disable-windows10-custom-titlebar The decision is made in chrome/browser/win/titlebar_config.cc.
Yep, I just updated to Version 76.0.3809.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) and adding -disable-windows10-custom-titlebar to my shortcut fixed it.

If you're running Windows 10 version 1903 (OS Build 18362.145) or later and the experimental version of glass8 (build 1606) then the watermark will remain on your desktop even though you've donated - since it's an experimental version. As soon as bigmuscle releases a stable version for 1903 the watermark (and the dwm.exe window) will disappear as soon as you update glass8.

Pjertan: I know what you mean, but could you try without Aero Glass? I noticed that winver 1809 always shows some weird graphics there.
Just tried it without AeroGlass enabled and the bug is still there, just like you said. So it's not an AeroGlass related bug.

Noticed this Aero Peek bug: the aero peek (when moving cursor to lower right corner of desktop) does not show the (position of) window correctly and/or completely. The "peek windows" are moved to the left and cut off. If I have several windows open they are all cut off at the same position on the left side of the desktop.
EDIT: animated gif doesn't seem to work - attached the two screenshots.

So is this program abandoned? 2016 seems pretty old.
Aero Glass GUI still works on current build of windows (17134.191) and Aero Glass 1.5.9.

Same issue here.
Did you guys read the text on the page ( http://www.glass8.eu/beta ) you downloaded the file from? It clearly says: "Your donation does NOT turn any preview/alpha/beta/rc testing version into the fully usable release without debugging means!" - that means that the debug window and watermark will be there. It is a beta/debug version after all.

Plus AeroGlass keeps creating av minidumpfile(such as "minidump-03-27-13-29-10.dmp") every time I restart Windows...
