I need to bump this. I haven't had the best luck here- it's baffling how difficult finding something so seemingly basic is this hard for Windows 95/98/ME. Any software recommendations would be helpful. I tried RedNotebook 0.4.0 with KernelEx- no luck. Anything like MyPrivateDiary would be perfect. It makes the fan of my old Intel Core Duo 2 laptop's fan turn on.

I have found myself in various situations I did not immediately have my smartphone, so having programs like MySMS saved me a bit. Are there any desktop apps that serve a similar function for free on Windows XP?

That one is meant for Windows 2000. I found an unofficial one for Windows NT 4. Tested it and Carnivore worked!

Hello MSFN, I am seeking a driver for the below device. Google has not been my friend here. I just want to use my dongles on Windows 7 is all. This generic model is known as "Br8041 Bluetooth 5." Most dongles are very short and are only labeled with a "V5.0" on them- they are lots of clones of this model. The hardware ID says this is a Cambridge Silicon CSR Bluetooth device.

I tried this driver but the installer says Windows version is not supported...I need an interface for bluetooth to even function?
