In order to solve the problem with YouTube in the last working version of Google Chrome (49.0.2623.112) under Windows XP, you need the option to adapt the user agent. In my case using ModHeader and the following entry:

The message "Google Chrome 49 and Youtube Troubleshooting" was aimed at the users so that they can still use YouTube without any problems under Windows XP! (by the way Chrome 49 does not work on a P3 !!)

Have new build generated by ProxHTTPSProxy v1.5 (Rev3e), python module cryptography-2.8 with openssl-1.1.1d (Thanks to @Mathwiz), cacert.pem, alternativ cacert.pem from MSCerts (Cert_Updater) 11/12/2019 and various modules updated.
If anyone has interest please write a PM to me.
Thank you that you made the effort because openssl v1.1.1d for XP. With the files libcrypto_static.lib and libssl_static.lib (renamed libcrypto.lib and libssl.lib) it worked this time.

Now I have been creating a small update rollup for some time where the last 4 relevant updates (KB2972207, KB2978114, KB3037572 and KB3023211) are summarized and can be used on all language versions of Windows XP sp3 (the actual updated files are generally in English).

There were different variants for the MP10 and MP11, especially during the transition from sp2 to sp3. Now nobody knows in advance which of the variants of the MP the user has installed. An update that is not required for the existing version of the MP will not be installed anyway. I also have 2 variants of MP 11 available, where I tested it. In addition, I assume that a user, at the later time when AU / WU / MU is no longer available to install the updates via a control file. Hardly a user would like to install the mass of updates manually.

Febe is saving Passwords, Extension aka Addons, Plugins etc. Very effective. there is a forum. cannot live without. I am using FEBE 10.3.

Winfuture dot de has Updatepacks/Rollups. The latest one for Winxp is from 2014 but (BEWARE)only compatible to german version.
Win7 and NEWER are compatible also for english versions.
There is a seperate Netframework-Fix(not for winxp).

there is a fullversion and monthlies. so one will start with full and will not forget to update monthly. otherwise one must ask for older partly(monthly updates) in the forum.
Not for Winxp english(One one Rollup from may 2014 maybe called SP4.
Basically, I do not care how a user updates his system, because I create my own update rollups and I also know the content! (Sometimes all updates for Windows XP sp3 are installed in 3-4 minutes)

Even manual updating doesn't work. Updates are downloaded but not installed.
I have clamwin, the only working AV on my SSE-PC. It will falsely detect TFC as threat. will inform them. there is a clamwin-sentinel-a guard which is detecting too much/false-positives(can be whitelisted afterwards) but i am lazy so i dont install it again.
Firstly, there is a separate topic where the definition updates for MSE were treated and on the other hand, if you like clamwin and you recommend it is the one, but it is not fun if a whole forum is spoiled with it!
Lastly, you do not make friends in this forum with your crospostings!

If you do not want to favor a particular anti-virus software at this point, Avast Free Antivirus will allow you to download and install the current definition. https://www.avast.com/en-us/download-update
I do not use every module in Avast, but only file system protection, mail protection and web protection (in the past the software updater). The only problem where I see that even with the free variant every year the license must be online updated (if this is still the case, I can not answer).
