So, I've had this problem on all of the recent builds ever since AeroGlass started working on the newer versions of Windows. I have my main laptop display and my external monitor. The main laptop display has a native resolution of 3840x2160 (4K), but due to scaling annoyances and occasional sluggishness, I typically keep the resolution at 1920x1080 (1080p). For some reason - for window borders on this main display - only window border transparency seems to function and not blur/glass effects while at 1920x1080. When I change the resolution to the native 3840x2160, the blur and glass effects start working properly. All of the effects work on my external monitor (1080p), even windows that I drag over.... say I have half the window on each screen, the half on the external will have blur/glass, and the one on the main won't. Anyone else have this issue or may know how to fix it?
