Just like dj, I get locked up too. the latest - downloaded from the site today - i do not have a licence for the laptop its on so run with watermark and all that goes with it - no symbols but no idea if they are available for that build of windows - 64bit by the way

atlas's are easy enough - a few hours work [at most] in photoshop gets most things as i want it - themes are a different problem but they are again possible - anything is better than the bland rubbish Microsoft want us to use

i have argued hard and long against the system in place - but it is as it is and reading on here and the website gives an idea of the 'donation' required - rightly [i guess] he ignores 'donations' of a few pennies but he suggests 5Euros in a round about way - that has been said in the past to generate more than one key i still think the system is wrong but in BM's defense - i never thought i would say that - it IS his software so i guess we are stuck with the rules as laid down

Microsoft new builds also effects people who makes themes for Windows 10 i think you credit them with too much - they are and always have done things their way regardless of input - if something is broken - or not they attempt to fix it - if that impacts on 3rd party software then tough - thats not their concern

you cannot be serious in that comment - do you honestly think Microsoft are bothered about a one man show adding Aero to their program - if they were i am pretty sure they could lock it in such a way that it would be nigh on impossible to your other point hopefully not - it does seem a little like that though as builds seem to have slowed - maybe the project is coming to a natural end

I would much rather have a way to disable the immersive menus and use the old style context menus, I see no reason why they had to introduce all this immersive crap that has no added functionality and half the time loads much slower, clock and volume control is an example, the old ones open so much faster when enabled on Windows 10. true but like most things we dance to Microsofts tune

Donations are given of free will just as a token of gratitude for his hard work he doesn't have to do. if you believe that then go and count the flying pigs - the vast majority give money to get rid of the watermark and the nag screen - why else are they there - to extract a donation is their only purpose

first of all why are my posts spam in your mind - agreeing with you is not a divine right - people have opinions - yours is no more right than mine - imo you just dont get it - bold text - dont do this - dont do that - people do not read such stuff - we install things all the time - there is usually a box of conditions - who reads them - all that happens is the button gets pressed to get to the next part - you have your terms - they are in your mind - no more - as to customers - what else are they - they send you money - you call it a donation - call it what you want - in the mind of whoever pressing the paypal button they are buying something - that makes them a customer however people give you money - be it for a licence or a donation - courtesy should come with it - again imo you dont do courtesy - maybe its a language thing - maybe not

interesting picture - i agree with all of that and also get white text on all the window captions as i have set it apart from Windows live mail - i used to but cannot work out how - custom themes are not working so like the text size on the modern frame caption - which i enlarged via a theme i need to check if that one black title comes from there - need to boot a system with 10240

you contradict yourself - if you put it in a folder in C; then you would have to add the folder name into the string - if you put it on the face of C: then your string should work - however if you are running the new release of 10 there is little point as 3rd party themes dont seem to work

ThemeSignatureBypass its said earlier in the thread it works - but i cannot get it to work - start with a new theme from this build - alter one graphic in Style Builder and press the test button and the graphic change works - save the modified theme and run it and the old graphic still shows - no idea where windows is getting that - so as i always ask am i doing something wrong or does Themesigbypass actually work

I tried changing the font size and it is actually changed but this change is not visible immediately (e.g. you must restart ApplicationFrameHost process). ahhh ok - i always log off but that was not enough - it did work altering the theme - so for it to work with moderntheme.dll a full restart should do it ??

I'll check if TH2 has not changed the way of getting the title font.EDIT: could you write how do you change the font size so I could test it? I just found that ModernFrame caption does not respect DPI, could it be your case? i change font size in display settings - advanced - advanced sizing of text and then change title bars and menus - that changes the titles text and - as far as i remember did on modern frame - i change them from 9 to and modernframe header text has always increased in size i will put the rider that i think that - i will check as i have a laptop with 10240 still running - i use a custom theme on 10240 so i also need to check its not that - its easy to think we have seen something change but it needs to be checked EDIT scrub the above - just booted up 10240 and its a theme setting - caption fonts in fonts and system metrics -
