  1. I have 3 monitors arranged side by side. The middle is my primary. I'm using the Aero 8 style with the bigger Windows 8 orb not the small one. The taskbars are along the bottom on all three monitors. When I mouse over the orb on the primary (middle) and right-hand monitors, the orb highlights and I can bring up the start menu anywhere under the orb, all the way down to the edge of the screen. But on the left hand monitor, it appears that it will only highlight the orb and bring up the menu when the cursor is over the white portion of the orb itself. If my mouse is to the left or underneath the orb or even exactly on the vertical/horizontal lines within the orb, the orb doesn't highlight and clicking doesn't bring up the menu. The same occurs if the left monitor's task bar is along the left side instead of the bottom. It does not occur if I use the smaller Win8 orb, only the large Win8 orb. It seems that the transparency masking is causing the mouse over to not be detected properly because it is to the left of the primary monitor (due to negative screen position values maybe??). Not a huge deal until I just throw my mouse cursor to the bottom left and click, but nothing happens because I have to bring it back away from the edge for the click to register. Other than that, SiB+ is great on 8.1! Thanks!
  2. Apologies for quoting both of the only posts I've made. But I've been wondering if this request has a better chance of being implemented in StartIsBack.Next? Without the reliance on the leftover code of Win8, perhaps there is? I've been lurking on this topic, reading the posts, getting the updates, and SiB is indispensable to me at this point. Many, many thanks to Tihiy for this amazing app! I'm very glad it will continue on 8.1 as it would be quite difficult to use the Start Screen after SiB.
  3. Thanks for the suggestions, I've looked into DisplayFusion and UltraMon in the past, when Windows had even less multi-monitor support. They're great, but I've realized that my normal day-to-day workflow doesn't require most of their functionality, especially now that Windows has added taskbars to each monitor. At this point, I simply am looking for a good start-menu replacement that will also replicate itself on each taskbar. I used ClassicShell for a while (which can do this), but, again, it has more than I need along with the fact that it isn't near as native a solution as StartIsBack. StartIsBack is perfect for my needs so far, and having it on every monitor would be icing on the cake.
  4. Thanks for this! It's the best Start Menu replacement/enabler on Win8 I've tried. Any plans to add the start button to all taskbars in a multi-monitor setup? I've got three monitors, but it only shows up on the primary display. Which is expected as that is what Windows7 and previous do. But it sure would be convenient to have it on all displays.
