please can you allow the use to change the size of the icons in the sub-custom folder, currently all the icons looks so much squishing together and looks too compacted.

perhaps more spacing between all icons.

    There's an undocumented setting - Start_LargeFlyoutIcons = (DWORD)1 in HKCU\Software\StartIsBack

Since we're in the RC stage now, when 3.7 goes final, will it be what even non-Canary users get? I ask because of the emphasis in this thread to discuss 3.7 in connection with Canary only.

3.7 is for everybody. Canary Insider is not what thread states. Canary channel still will not be supported.

  3. StartAllBack 3.7 RC

    Fixes from BETA:

    Quote

    - Setting to disable systray icons on secondary taskbars

    - Fixed Bluetooth icon with native taskbar

    - Fixed device ejection notification systray icon not disappearing

    - Fixed white-on-white icons in Windows 7 notify icon overflow

    - Fixed possible hang when changing DPI

    - Fixed elevated (NVIDIA) apps systray icons not present

    - Fixed configurator showing deleted app systray icons

where is the "don't replace the icons in the tray" reg

Not all icons have bitmap representation anymore, like network icon. I've entertained idea of notification icon styles, but that comes jarring unless restyling every one ever. StartAllBack does not support 'classic unstyled' look.

Do not recommend upgrading to 3.7 beta if you're using vertical taskbar, noticed some bugs:

    1. Taskbar item thumbnails' phase animations are now less smooth, for some reason.
    2. Taskbar can be resized to be smaller than minimal taskbar item width, breaking item icons (they get cropped, start flickering and sometimes disappear completely).
    3. Tray icons use horizontal taskbar margins (unlike in 3.16 and earlier), thus using more space than before and not aligning properly.
    4. Show desktop button overlaps with time&date if Notification Center is disabled.
    5. Control Center widget wraps if taskbar icons are very small; not sure whether it is expected behaviour, however combined with #3 it looks off.

    Screenshots comparing may help
