I should have known it's the Windows Installer problem. Even the event viewer was shouting like crazy...but it only struck me when I read your post. Guess what I did ? I also downloaded the Visio 2002 ISO along with this, and it has 'windows installer' installer package. With that I reinstalled windows installer and know my m/c works like a dream. Thanks a lot for the response. I noticed that in the 'SERVICES' windows installer is set to manual and when i try to start it, it doesnt start. What according to you guys could be the problem. I have a feeling that my XP Plus! is not installing because of this. --Morpheus

Hi I get an error whenever I try to install Windows XP Plus. I download it from IRC and the file is Windows.XP.PlusPack-BHFiSO.bin/cue. Can anyone tell me whats happening ? Thanks.
