Where to get WPI Themes

I tried to change the background several times but it stays the same no matter what I do. It seems stuck on the default background. The only thing I have been able to change is the bar under the timer. -
I have been to the WPI Wizard homepage and can not locate any links for themes. I have been through this forum but it seems that all of the links to any themes are dead as a doornail. Where do you get themes for WPI? Also is where can I find a good step by step, in depth tutorial for using WPI? Thanks in advance. I have used WPI before but it was awhile ago. Now I cant even seem to get it to change the wallpaper for the wizard. Any help would be great.

I just joined the site. I recently downloaded WPI and am learning to use it, It looks very cool (and useful) so far. Thanks for the great program, hope it works as great as it looks.
