Okay, so i've sorted Xpreview out, it didn't like compatibility mode XP (service pack 3) SP2 did the trick. however, when i edit the text in WINNTBBU.DLL then save it as WINNTBBUU.DLL, when I open it with Xpreview I get a Error: String(s) 63 are missing. Any idea's?

Hey Guys, just found this thread and wanna give editing the text on one of these billboards ago, however i cannot preview the GUI on Xpreview, as soon as I click file>open the program hangs and freezes copmpletly, any advice? i'm on Windows 7 Ultimate and i've tried compatibility mode + i've got .net framework 4 installed
