  1. I downloaded raiddrivers_1.01.exe from this forum long time ago. Now, I can not find any update this file. The reason I want the update is that I found out the VIA chipset driver doesn't work very well and there is some new chipset IDE/SATA/Raid came out. I want to intergate on my CD. So, anyone know where can I get the updated file?
  2. I still have problem to do the installation. on my RunOnceEx.cmd, my code is the following: REG ADD %KEY%\036 /VE /D "Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0" /f REG ADD %KEY%\036 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\$OEM$\install\dotnetfx.exe /Q /C:"install.exe /Q"" /f It doesn't do anything and doesn't give any error message. I want to know how to fix it.
  3. I have no idea that how to make it for slient install. I saw some posts said have the use the .zip version. but there is no detail for it. I want to know in detail. Could someone help me?

  5. Of course I know what you are talking about. my answer is..... Yes.... my BIOS support the USB device as HDD-BOOT... like I can partitioning the USB stick and I can install diff. OS on it (I tried both already). I also can take out all IDE HDD and assign my USB Stick at C: on my BIOS...Maybe, (I think), My computer BIOS will run the USB HDD or USB stick as a IDE HDD. My motherboard model is ASUS P4P800-VM
  6. The question is how to put the pre-made Mutli-Boot CD image into the USB stick and the USB stick can boot like a Mutil-Boot CD. ***** Of course, my motherboard can boot the USB Stick. I tried to install the Windows 98 on to my USB stick. It work*******
  7. I made a multi-boot CD image (ISO file) and I want to burn it on a USB drive. Is there any problem can do it?
  8. I just want to know the CDROM variable for WinXP unattended on RunOnceEx.cmd Is it - > %CDROM% or %CDDRIVE% ???? If I have one or more CDROM or partition, Is the system find the CDROM "with installation CD" automatically? If not , how can I let the system know where is the CDROM "with installation CD in it" ???
  9. I have the following but the Media Connect didn't install REG ADD %KEY%\021 /VE /D "Windows Media Player v10" /f REG ADD %KEY%\021 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\install\MP10Setup.exe /Q:A /R:N /C:\"setup_wm.exe /DisallowSystemRestore /Q:A /R:N\"" /f REG ADD %KEY%\021 /V 2 /D "%systemdrive%\install\wmcsetup.exe /Q:A /R:N" /f
  10. thanks..... I am looking for it for very long time
  11. unplug all the HDD cable and try it again. If the computer can go... it means your HDD have problem.
  12. Win98 can not assign the drive letter. It CAN NOT BE DONE. If you using Win2000 or WinXP you can assign/ re-arrange drive letter your own (but not C: or bootable partition) For WinXP: Start-> control panel -> Administrative Tools -> computer management -> click on Disk Management -> right click on the partition /drive -> change drive letter or path..... That's all
