    I have same trouble with FR language ; What I found is that line "general.useragent.locale" is reset with default "en-US" on every restart of palemeoon 27.9.7 in the "about:config"

    I have one machine with only SSE that I have disabled the automatic update, so I wait too (all fine on three other machines with SSE2)

    Just try to switch the user agent to W7 and it work !!! (using Firefox 52.3.0esr with User Agent Switcher extension ) So that's a limitation from the site for XP

    FF 45 ESR and FF 52 ESR are 2 parallel branches ; As seem there : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/faq/ FF 45 ESR will auto update to FF 52 ESR with version 45.9.0 ESR that is at EOL for FF 45 branch Then FF 45.9.0 will be automatic update to 52.1.0 with the next merge on 2017-04-18 : https://wiki.mozilla.org/RapidRelease/Calendar

    Primetime Content Decryption Module plugin need SSE2 , so if CPU doesn't support SSE2 it can't work (I have a PC with a AMD CPU that has this issue too )

    If you are pressed, do this with Firefox closed : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1318922#c5 these 2 files are in the installation folder (Program Files > Mozilla Firefox by defaut) then you can update to 52.0esr by the menu "Help" > about Firefox

    I confirm, I just have the same I have download the vpsud4.exe from the 04/04 et I just download it from today and this is the same file [113 Mo (119 074 336 octets)] than from 31/03; I run it but it say the vps are uptodate and it is the 160331-2 version

    Yes , I can confirm ; I just rerun my old pc that I haven't run since November last Year (I must first get on new Avast free licence) I manualy update de vps from 05/02 that I have downloaded with an other pc, then Avast update automatically with today update

    The new version number of win32k.sys file is 5.1.2600.6755 (it the official French update, I haven't install the unofficial patch)
