Now sure how you went about your custom pack for IE7, but here is how I did mine and it works a charm. (ENTRIES_IE7.ini) [general] builddate=08/21/2008 description=Internet Explorer 7 language=English version=7.0.5730.13 website=http://www.microsoft.com [EditFile] I386\SVCPACK.INF,SetupHotfixesToRun,AddProgram [AddProgram] IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe /quiet /norestart /update-no /nobackup Just download the installer from MS (IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe) and place in the svcpack folder., then zip the ini and rest up in a zip or cab. Of course if you want it to backup replaced files then remove the /nobackup switch. If you keep it like above it wont show in add/remove programs and cannot be uninstalled. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx
