Why don't you think about it the other way around?
NT4 don't have DisplayMonitor API .
So any application should be changed not to use Display Monitor APIs or be able to Ignore these APIs.

Renesas USB 3.0 Controller requires Windows XP USB component set.
You should replace 2000 one and use extended core .
and , You can use Asmedia USB 3.0 on Windows 2000 USB driver.
Selectable 100G and more partition and quick format partition are available for Windows 2000 Setup.
Although it is not extended kernel , but it is very long time issue for windows 2000 users :3
