Uninstall and put on root of drive. C:\Se7en_UA or any drive root. I and several other programs here do that because of the sensitivity of cmd lines to dism we use. Thank you. I tried that, but still receiving the same error message. I think it is something else at this point. edit: Sorted it out. I loaded up a VM of Win7-Ent 64bit and tried the software, it ran. Checked the file version of comdlg32.ocx in the VM which was 6.1.97.82 date 3/9/04. SO copied this file over top of my older one, and it seems to be working correctly. No to figure out what downgraded this OCX file in the first place.
