  1. In the end my proposition for you is to take nvidia card which is having unofficial drivers for Windows 98 SE. It is better solution if everything will be OK :)

    About this unofficial drivers it is possible to read:

    Ok... but not new Geforce AGP in future... I have also GA-P31-DS3L with pci-e but give me error "motherboard resources". Last but not least Geforce use much power consumption that Radeon!

  2. OK! I resolved:

    Windows 98 Second Edition

    * 1. Unplug the headset.

    * 2. Reboot into Safe Mode

    o a. Restart computer

    o b. Press the F8 key while the computer is restarting (if Windows starts normally, try the above two steps again)

    o c. From the Microsoft Windows Start Menu, select “Safe Mode”.

    o d. Windows will boot into Safe Mode, loading only the most essential drivers. This mode is used for diagnostic and repair purposes.

    * 3. From the Start menu, point to Settings, and then point to Control Panel.

    * 4. From Control Panel, double-click on System.

    * 5. Select the Device Manager tab.

    * 6. Scroll down to the category labeled "Human Interface Devices".

    * 7. If the "HID-compliant consumer control device" is listed, remove it.

    * 8. If the "USB Human Interface Device" is listed, remove it.

    * 9. Scroll down to the category labeled "Sound, Video and Game Controllers".

    * 10. If the device labeled "USB Audio Device" is listed, remove it.

    * 11. Scroll down to the category labeled “Universal Serial Bus Controllers”.

    * 12. If the device labeled "Composite device" is listed, remove it.

    * 13. Select the “USB Root Hub” and click “Remove”.

    * 14. Select the “USB Host Controller” and click “Remove”.

    * 15. Restart the computer. (Windows should reinstall the USB Root Hub and the USB Host

    * 16. Controller shortly after restarting.)

    * 17. Install the 1999 drivers.
