Ultraform, that list would seem to indicate that you've targeted the wrong files/folder with the WMP11 slipstreamer at step 2 and copied the downloaded files and folders to the wrong directory at step 9.
Please double check that the root of your nLite working directory looks like the image in screenshot 09B (minus the Windows Update link).

Minor bug report - KB924667 for Windows 2000 integrated under 1.4.9.1 but fails to do so under version 1.4.9.3

September updates
With Nuhi updating the nLite application after several years hiatus some long standing bugs have been squashed, most notably IE8 can now be integrated and hotfixes with ASMS folders now are added correctly.
This results in some hotfixes being moved around and switching to the official IE8 installer for the individual hotfixes approach rather than using 5eraph's vanilla addon. You can still use 5eraph's un-updated addon if you like, just don't use both it and the official IE8 installer. Also 5eraph's tweak file will NOT work with the official IE8 installer.

A couple of minor bugs regarding Windows XP x64 Professional edition (none of these are critical as they can be scripted around).
If either IE7 or IE8 is integrated, the Windows Update link on the start menu does not work, one has to point Internet Explorer at update.microsoft.com manually.
Some hotfixes that are correctly integrated (actually added to \svcpack) in a 64-bit environment fail to do so in a 32-bit environment, specifically:
KB942288 Windows Installer 4.5
Remote Desktop Connection (Terminal Services Client 6.0) for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB925876)
KB944043 Server 2008 compatibility pack
KB952011 Blu-Ray update
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB960803)
KB955704 exFAT file system
KB943729 Group Policy Preference
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB2296011)
KB2478953 Active Directory
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB2638806)
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB2659262)
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB2698365)
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB2834886)
The following updates don't integrate (svcpack)in either a 64 or 32-bit environment (both are Remote Desktop Protocol)
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB2481109)
Security Update for Windows XP x64 Edition (KB2813345)

KB2647170 (MS12-017) is Server specific
KB972270 (MS10-001) has two files not included in KB982132 (MS10-076)
While KB2813345 should supersede KB956744, Windows Update complains if it's not installed
KB2562485 (MS11-058) is Server specific
Windows XP Professional x64 edition IS Windows Server 2003 x64 edition BUT with the server specific components striped out. Hence occasionally updates for Server 2003 x64 won't apply to XP x64 as the components don't actually exist (very rarely this applies in reverse as well).
If you are confused about where everything ends up, try downloading the screenshots, that should help to clarify things.

It looks like Microsoft has silently updated both KB2836939 and KB2836941 (but not KB2836940). Unfortunately the KB articles don't say why these hotfixes were updated.
Use the latest version (that is KB*-v2-x64), the torrent, config file and main post have been updated to reflect this change.
Thanks for reporting.

Please note that the Windows/Microsoft Update site currently gives a certificate error if one tries to connect securely.
Hopefully next month's update won't be as late (my house is currently being repainted). It was going to be at least as late but the Australian federal election has been bought forward a week to Sept 7, meaning that it will be over before patch Tuesday.

Sorry, but it may well be that the various USB installers don't support XP x64.
I am under the impression that it took quite a lot of work to create stable USB installers for 32-bit XP and hence the lack of 64-bit support, while unfortunate, is not really all that surprising.

I've never tried installing from USB myself, you could try Rufus (which implies it supports XP x64)
System Requirements:Windows XP or later. 32 or 64 bit doesn't matter.
Or possibly YUMI (which has specific install instructions)
The Windows XP Installation from USB option currently works by booting directly from your XP ISO, hence the YUMI menu entry is created under "Directly Bootable ISOs". In order for the Windows XP installation to succeed, you must perform the following steps;
1.) To begin an install, select (Stage 1)
2.) Upon first reboot, you must select (Stage 2)
3.) Finally, after (Stage 2) is complete – upon the second reboot, select (Stage 3) to boot the drive where you installed Windows XP. If this option fails, simply remove the USB and reboot!0 -

Application support:
Removed BurnAware Free (last few versions don't support silent install) and uTorrent (installs to the Administrator account rather than %ProgramFiles(x86)%).
Opera version 12.xx rather than 15.xx is supported as v15 doesn't support silent install and doesn't have the killer feature of Turbo mode.
Added UltraDefrag and set it to do a boot-time defrag before Run2_XP-64.bat if installed.
Also had to break the main post into two parts as the "upgraded" forum software spits the dummy on the previous version.

Unfortunately Windows Update still thinks KB2659262 is necessary but that would hardly be the first detection issue its ever had.

While the previous version of the board software was painful for me to use for post formating, primarily due to the lack of tab alignment, I was able to work (imperfectly) around it.
However the new version drops my post formatting halfway through my guide thereby turning it into a real dog's breakfast:

@Kurt_Aust
If I just want to have the
Hotfix
Internet Explorer 8
RunOnce
WMP11
and nothing else fixed like addons, integrate cd key and so.
How i do? Can i skip the next steps?.
And can WMP11 only be integrate by the Windows Media Player 11 slipstreamer and not nlite ?
iam using this one : en_win_xp_pro_x64_with_sp2_vl_X13-41611
Thx for help have try few times (april, may updates) but cant get it to work.
When i test the os in wm player it shows that some of the updates/ .Net have been skipped. :/
It's not entirely clear what you want here. I'll assume you want a fully updated base install disk WITHOUT a CD key so you can use it on multiple computers (note, I only have OEM copies of XP x64 so can't guarantee results on other versions, it shouldn't make a difference though).
In that case just don't enter the key in nLite, you can still choose fully automated install mode, the installer will stop when it gets to that point and ask you for the key.
nLite does not have the capability to integrate WMP11 in and of itself, it does apparently have the ability to call the WMP11 slipstreamer, but as I haven't used that ability I don't support it.
If you're having trouble the simplest option is to use 5eraph's update packs (with the WMP11 slipstreamer, and DirectX & .Net at \RunOnce), with no addons, in that case you only need to autologon once and shouldn't copy Run2_Xp-64.bat to your new install disk.

A tad late again this month, this time for reasons similar to those that hit 5eraph, as I had a hard drive die on my computer the day before patch Tuesday just when I was about to do the monthly offsite backup AND I had to rebuild my parents PC (which strangely took priority over updating this topic).
.Net 4.0 - currently has 13 updates totalling 215MB for a base installer that only weighs in at 48MB? Me thinks it's well past time for an updated base installer to be released.

Rather late this month due to an unfortunate combination of lots of overtime at work, a rather busy schedule outside of work, and a lingering throat infection that just won't bugger off.
[Rant]
What is this obsession with Metro-fying everything? The latest application to fall is Foxit reader, joining Avast anti-virus and Comodo firewall. That's bad enough but now Microsoft's download pages are "Modern UI" style, hiding such basic information as the name of the file you are about to download and (more importantly for me) sometimes dispensing with the links to the associated security bulletins. MediaFire has also gone the Metro route, displaying in a horrible blurry grey font that gives me eye-strain.
[/Rant]

Are you sure that applies to XP x64 as well? (or even to all installations of 32-bit XP)
I hadn't heard of it before and considering that XP x64 is really Server 2003 x64 with the server extensions stripped out, it may not be a problem if it only affects the NT 5.1 codebase (XP x64 is NT 5.2).

Just another thing as a remark, this is extremely boring and time consuming, it takes forever to install the XP on a system more than a hour and something but on the other hand you have a perfect system fully updated on your finger tips.
These young whipper-snappers, try installing and updating XP at the end of a dial-up connection, now that's long and boring!
0 -
Probably not, at least I have no intention of doing so.
As to the 32-bit versions out there, I've tried OnePiece's all-in-one update packs and .Net true addons but have found them to have the odd bug, perhaps they are a tad too aggressive in their implementation.
Instead I use UserHidden's (and before that YumeYao's) updated .Net installer, but even that far more conservative option runs into problems with Windows Update continuously offering the same update.

As a side note, surely I'm not the only one unimpressed by the tendency of applications and websites to adopt Windows 8 "modern UI" styling. The new versions of Avast and Comodo are rather bleah and MediaFire now has fuzzy out of focus text.

HOWTO create a fully up to date XP x64 DVD (EoL Feb 2016)
in nLite
Posted
The additional *.bat files in the Misc folder are mainly for maintaining the hotfix list, they can't be the cause of your problem.
Does the RunOnce folder in your working directory have 52 files totalling 986,741,441 bytes? (assuming .Net 4)
Maybe your DVD drive is slow to spin up, try increasing the GuiRunOnce TimeOut in the unattended settings from 40 to 60 seconds.
