  1. OK, I will help u,

    This -

    http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/ShadowSur...adowsurfer.html

ShadowSurfer allows you to Undo all changes made to your system during a ShadowSurfer session. Once ShadowSurfer is activated, you need to reboot your PC and whatever changes take place while the program is activated, can be completely undone, returning your system to the state it was before ShadowSurfer was activated. You can activate the session for as long as you wish, and deactivate it easily from the system tray. The session can include all or just selected drives, whichever drives are selected - all data that was created during the session will be completely eliminated. This includes any software installed, browser history, cookies etc, as well as any other changes. Beware that this also includes email and other documents that were received during the session (if they were saved to a ShadowMode drive). ShadowSurfer can be a very effective and easy to use way to temporarily use your system in a shadow mode, however you should be fully aware of the consequences, in order to avoid unwanted data loss. A bright desktop wallpaper clearly alerts you of the ShadowMode while it is activated.

  2. I agree with nitro - I get sub 3 second loads of Word 2007 on this older Vista box. It's got Vista SP1, an AMD Athlon 2600, a single 60GB IDE HDD, and 1GB RAM running aero on an ATI x200 POS. If it takes you more than 3 or 4 seconds, unless you're on REALLY old hardware or 512MB RAM, it should NOT take that long to open Word.

GET word 2003 on ur vishththaaaaa n u will see how much time it takes. Word 2007 wud be taking 0.3 secs on a XP.

  3. this should be the final version of my batch file & last session for x86 build:

i may keep WCF tho? :thumbup

Will these files work on any Windows 7 build or any particular release only ( if latter then which one exactly ) ?

Also are these fine to be used/slimming Win 7 RTM Too ? I know this might not be answerable right now, but if the process is a bit same then these should be working on maybe RTM too, when its released ? Any ideas ?

  4. I THINK, THIS WORKS IN THIS SITUATION - IT HAPPENED TO ONE OF MY FRIENDS TOO -

UR FLOPPY DISK IS GONE BAD -- JUST GET A FRESH/NEW FLOPPY n MAKEIT A WIN ME STARTUP DISK AT SOME OTHER PC HAVIN WIN 98 or WIN ME. TRY THIS - SHUD WORK.

IF DONT HAVE ANY PC WITH WIN98/ME - THEN GOOGLE FOR WIN98 STARTUPDISKS - MANY SOURCES r AVAILABLE.

  5. too much, I need a maximum of 100 MB ISO and a maximum of 200 MB on disk to give you any answers, 334 only for the system32 directory is better to suicide than run something like that, my xp is < 50 MB total on disk, im sure I could have helped you a little if you were on xp, if you think of using winblows xp you might find some info on my site later on when it will be up.

    WOW !!! - ANY SECRETS MATE !!!

I wud love to see that on my disk !

Hey u gotta tell us somethin about ur nlited system n whynot share ur session.ini etc. files with us. Will definitely rock !!! :thumbup:thumbup

  6. Seems, i have caught multiple radio stations from somewhere.

I think, if everyone wud rather try to look at the simple 3 questions - which was the whole intent to open this topic, we wud have a better thread here. Everyone here is in his own boat.

    Lets cool it guys!

  7. 100% concur. What is your OS?

Let me say this about removing IE... if you are asking about removing it and then in the very next sentence you are asking about installing IE7 at some unknown point in the future, then this means you really DON'T want to have an IE-free system, you only think you do.

I have a theory that says that people who install without any IE whatsoever and then go and hunt down and delete all IE registry keys are only a stone's throw away from using Linux, whether they know it at the time or not...

    SO WHAT ??

SO Lets begin u with this - My OS is Win XP SP2.

n WHAT > U SAY NOT SURE ??? Well mate, my whole ambition is to keep my system, most fastest, out of Bloatware. I think i made this pretty obvious already mate.

Secondly to reply u, i wud tell u that IE has been so talked about n such a big whole issue in the Whole Windows setup, that if u try to remove it absolutely, u must be pretty prepared for the future as well. U shud be good to knowledge with all the things u can do later, to bring sanity to ur system, if anything has to be seen as Future-Proof.

Think thatS the way it IS..

  8. I DO come up with a small question here -- but it means a lot of knowledge already. SO pls help me out in some more Lengthy details pls. :thumbup

Ya, want to see no IE in my system. I mean, no IE + no IE core lurking any deep in my explorer.

    1) How to do that?? Pls tell me all details, i just cant get enough of it out. :realmad::crazy:

    2) + If I do completely remove ie ( Deep core as well ), wud i be ever able to install IE (7 or 6) onto my pc or wud that be mission Impossible for me?

Just I wud like to mean that i wont need IE for my use, but if i wud ever have to install it in long future, ..... wud i be able to do in this new stripped version of my NEW OS??? .

That by obviously, by downloading the ie7 setup fr microsoft.com or somewhere fr internet?

    3) Sorry guys, i ask too many...... Pls tell me more - is ie7 really better than ie6 sp2 - Security + Memory usage + Crash proof etc. etc.

Pls help all u guys. I am needin this all junk to be removed. :angel
