1. What version of CD Shell are you using? 2. Have you tried and replace your cdshw.com from freshly downloaded cdshell archive? 3. There might be some incorrect instructions at the begining of your cdshell.ini file. Post it here for further assistance. Here's what mine looks like. http://bytecoder.n3.net/cdshell.ini
