Honestly have to agree, but anyway, I am hoping I can find a Dell Inspiron 531s, with a AMD Sempron processor that is fast, and I will be planning on removing Vista Home Basic and install Vista Ultimate on it and use it as my daily driver on it... Wish me luck finding it EDIT: I found a Dell Latitude E5420 for sale, since I am not going to get a Inspiron 531s (since they only have x86 support) + here are the specs: CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-2520M clocked at 2.5GHz OS: Windows 10™ Pro (I know that @Win10-Hater hates Windows 10, so I will be trying to downgrade it to Windows Vista Ultimate) GPU: Intel® GMA HD Graphics 2000 or Intel® GMA HD Graphics 3000 HDD: 250GB RAM: 4GB ANOTHER EDIT: Since I couldn't afford a Dell Latitude E5420, I decided to upgrade my old PC (Toshiba Satellite L505-S5964) Here is the processor I will be upgrading to Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T8100 at 2.1GHz (from Intel® Pentium™ T4200 at 2GHz)

Updated links. Apologies for so many updates in such a short amount of time, these should do for a while. I also still need to apply latest rounds of updates to my v13 rebuild. I've also been looking into XP x86 SP2 but that's more of a back-burner project at the moment. I now have two "flavors" of each rebuild. The "ungoogled" flavor takes the same route as "ungoogled chromium" ( https://chromium.woolyss.com/ ) and intentionally breaks a Chrome Web Store embedded API. The advantage is that this prevents an unwanted Google cookie "local storage persistence" present in all Chromium-based browsers since Chrome v69 (which is what 360Chrome v11 is based off of). The "disadvantage" (to some folks) is that this 'fix' removes the "Add to Chrome" button when visiting the Chrome Web Store. For those not familiar, you don't have to use the Chrome Web Store in order to install extensions. I personally download them from https://www.crx4chrome.com/ then save them locally, edit, then drag-and-drop into the chrome://extensions/ page. There are also extensions available that will download the .crx directly from the Chrome Web Store as opposed to going through the "Add to Chrome" button. Just offering some alternatives... If you wish to alternate back-and-forth between the two, that file is the only file that you need to swap. Make sure to not criss-cross versions. You can swap resources.pak betweeen v11 rebuild 3 and v11 rebuild 3 ungoogled, but you cannot use the v12 resources.pak with v11 and vice versa.

@ArcticFoxie, and if you have a 3rd party firewall , you also need to allow it's driver . But that's it.

So we may safely assume those are win10 ported drivers . Why ? There are no 372.93 and 373.19 windows 7 drivers . I looked at some others (older ones) I received from FS and all of the numbers correspond to their windows 10 versions (!), but not win7. Like 369.09 and 39 https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/236586/nvidia-driver-36909-/ BTW , looked at 373.19 again , it supports all 1000 series cards , including GTX 1050 Ti , only the lowest end GT1030 is missing.

Speaking of the Ultimate Extras, I found a ISO of Vista Ultimate with the Ultimate Extras preinstalled, also all of the updates, Build 6003, Internet Explorer 9, and the Extended Kernel.

Now install Windows 11 as the host being Windows Vista!

[Tutorial] Build Windows Vista SP1 x86 DVD using vLite Hi Everyone, Recently Windows Vista SP1 has been released finally and it can be installed in three ways: Using Windows Vista SP1 pre-integrated DVD Using Windows Vista SP1 Offline Update installer and Via Windows Update. But Microsoft has stated that Windows Vista SP1 pre-integrated DVD can get only Microsoft partners, Business Consumers, MSDN & Technet subscribers and Microsoft Connect users. So there are only two ways to get Vista SP1 installed, but it take long time to install SP1 and terrible to install each n every time in fresh Windows Vista RTM. To solve this problem, I would like to thank vLite Developers and Community; they have released vLite with SP slipstream support and its simple tutorial that helps to slipstream SP in Windows Vista n build your Vista SP1 DVD. Requirements: Windows Vista RTM DVD Windows Vista SP1 offline update installer and most important thing is vLite (Windows Vista has in-built .Net Framework 2.0) WAIK or Windows Imaging Driver How to: 1. First of all, install vLite and copy all contents of DVD into HDD folder, say F:\Vista 2. Now select the folder where Vista installation source has been copied (F:\Vista) 3. Select the edition which is to be upgraded to SP1 4. Proceed Next and only select Service Pack Slipstream option. By selecting Windows Vista SP1 offline update installer, extracting and slipstreaming process will be started and it’ll take 60-90 mins to accomplish the task. 5. After completion, create bootable DVD or image and get your Vista SP1 installed simultaneously. (Only a single edition will be upgraded to SP1 at a time and to make complete Vista SP1….I mean, if you want to create all editions upgraded to SP1 disc. You have to follow the same process for each edition.) NOTE: Don’t select any other option such as integration, components, tweaks etc when slip-streaming service pack. One more thing, don’t remove any component from vLited Vista image because it may cause interrupted installation. I have slip-streamed all editions into Vista DVD and tested…all are working perfect. And It has been taken 8-10 hours….slipstreaming speed may depends upon your computer configuration.
