Couple of bugs

I've encountered some bugs:

I've installed XPize 4 and saw that the style could not be applied. I only can use the original ones and it's reverted to windows classic.

After installing I Can't use PowerDVD 6. When i start it, it goes well but when i try to open a DVD, Video, audio files or even close the program, it crashes.

AFAIK it only happens with PowerDVD. WinAMP, WMP still work.

See the attached image for more info about the error.

System Info:

OS: MS WinXP Pro SP2 (Dutch)

CPU: AMD Athlon64 3500+ @ 2.2 GHz

MEM: 2x 512 MB DDR400 Kingston HyperX Dual Channel

VGA: ASUS AX800 Pro AGP

SND: SB Audigy 5.1

FREE SPACE: 190 GB

PS. earlier versions of XPize DID work.

The theme issue will be fixed for next version. About PowerDVD, I'm downloading it to try to reproduce the error. I will post my findings soon.

EDIT: Uninstall XPize and try with Lite version and tell me if the PowerDVD issue still is there. Thanks

OK, I've found the file responsible for crashing WinDVD. It is msxml3.dll.

Run the XPize uninstaller and select it for removal. Let me know if this fix your issue with PowerDVD.

also, i think that my shell32.dll didn't changed because the tree icon is still there !! and the styles didn't installed.

but i like the tile option for desktop icons, it's very pretty...

thanks

I'm not patching the tree icon in shell32, so no bug. And about the style, it is fixed for final.

Dont use it when you try to slipstream bashrats driver pack.

it isnt possible anymore...

I gues not only the color and font changed.

Uninstalled it and it works again....
