I know there is a AutoIt program for shrinking office itself so I assume it should not be impossible to do this with proofing tools as well. Since the files I need to install from proofing tools only takes up 46.6 mb fully unpacked and installed it seems rather pointless to waste 600 mb on the entire thing. I would grately appriciate some help in doing this as it would allow me to put both office and proofing tools on the same disc and have them install silently. thx in advance.

i think i did this the manual way... i copied the PTKSETUP.exe and ptk.msi to a new folder, started the install, selected the languages i needed and copied all files setup asked for (because it didn't find them) into the appropiate folders... it uses 55mb right now...

A list of the files you use would be cool. Just navigate to it in command line and type
CODE
dir > FILES.txt

I personally don't use this program, but others who do might like to know what files are needed.

sorry for the delay... this is for german (and english? or is english included by default?) the command was dir /s > list.txt to include subdirs :-)
