Tele me plese whay yuo can not install IE7.1
I think you need raplace file iecustom.dll from update direktory.
You can ther iecustom.dll 606k a postobe iecustom.dll 31.7k

This file is not cracked this is orginal file Microsoft
Download this file iecustom.dll replace in your IE7/updete folder and you can instal your IE&.1

IE 7 components aren't supposed to be distributed.... (yet)
