"The Installer could not be accessed, Windows Installer not installed correctly". HOwever if I install it on a non VmWare it installs great! , Has anyone else ran into this problem? How did you slove it?

Does anyone have the switches to install these silent? Also, I am testing them on VMWare 4.0, And I get this error:

It's an msi installer, so you use the normal msi switches. It's all there is to it... Should work fine on VMWare too but all VMs have glitches.
