hi have a big prblem with my zonealarm pro version...
i want to restore my security settings (see under overview --> preference) at the RunOnceEx. But i have no idea how i can manage this problem. I tried to wrote a java script, but i'm not an expert in this. do you have an idea?? or you can help me to write this script??

zu unattended überreden können, daher nehm ich da die
free.... wie machst du das mit der registrierung und all dem kram?

so i use the FREE version for my unattended......

am besten ist wenn du ne zone alarm pro version auf ein testsystem installierst, mach deine einstellungen und geh dann in die registry und exportiere den zonealarm schlüssel unter HKLM und HKCU. ich nehm die so wie sie sind und importier sie dann wieder in meine unattended version. dadurch werden aber die registrierungsinfos noch nicht übernommen, da mußt du unter dein system32 ordner gehen und die datei zllictbl.dat mit auf deine CD/DVD bannen (ordnerstruktur --> $OEM$\$$\System32). dann sollte es gehen.

aber mein problem ist eben noch das mit den programmen, man kann sie unter overview, preferende backup sichern und auch bei restore wieder einspielen, was ich gern machen würde wenn mein system neu aufgesetzt wird... jedoch weiß ich noch nicht wie ich das hinbekomme, dachte ja an ein java script oder so... brauche hilfe!!

geht leider nicht, da zonealarm ab einem gewissen punkt eine
eigene grafik "über" die regulären schaltflächen legt. weder auf koordinaten-
gestützte befehle noch auf benannte schaltflächen kann dann noch zugriff
erfolgen, alles schon probiert.......

autoit wont work, i tried it already. the reason: za put its own skin
"over" the normal dialog, so autoit didnt "see" anything. no
control, no coordinates.....

hmm, also mit vbs und autoit bin ich verzweifelt. aber klappen tut es wen du den ganzen spaß mit den TAB und so weiter im Keyboard und Tastatur Recorder aufzeichnest und wieder abspieltst (einfach mal nach dem Stichworten googeln). ist aber nicht wirklich für ne unattended geeignet. verstehe bloß nicht warum das dann mit dem tool geht...

But it works, whats different to vbs and autoit??
