Mr. Neo
Any one who know how to install WINAMP silent with your preferred setting

I know that you can run WINAMP silently using /s but it will ask you about your internet connection type and icons setting ......etc..

Specially WINAMP 2.91

thanks

........gets mad and blows up
i've made an silent installer for winamp 5.03a
refer here
http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=17412

i think winamp 5 covers 2.91 i use it in default skin, everything is same with 2.91

for your settings just copy over your winamp.ini to the install folder
mazin
Or you could do it the hard way as shown here

http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=11491&st=20

If you are, specifically, dedicated to 2.91!!

what about winamp 3?

winamp 5 doesn't have the "enqueue" playlist feature, and doesnt seem to have crossfading either
XtremeMaC
it does have both of them
go to options
file types u should see the enqueue

for the cross fade go to output plugings and configure

hi,

to go with the original installer:

Winamp503full.exe /S
pskill winamp

does the trick.
If u wanna have ur old setting just search for winamp.ini on %SYSTEMDRIVE% and copy it to that location after u installed winamp.

hope this helps

start /wait d:\test\winamp503_full.exe /S
taskkill /f /t /im winamp.exe

Works pretty fine for me. All the other options I tried didn't work but this one does.

Already a way to install WinAMP 2.81? (I hate 2.91 and 5.*)
