Hi

I use Smarty Uninstaller Pro 2009 2.5.2 it is a great program

I want to know How to register it silently ?

If remember well, there are entries in the registry for the registration data.
Look for them in Current User\Software and Local Machine\Software. The company's name is WINner Tweak Software.

Once you find them, export them to a file.

Maybe they changed the registration data to somewhere else.
A few versions ago they were storing it in the registry as I said.
