how do i create a silent install ive seen alot of threads but there way out of date is there a new way to create them

also how would create 1 to be able to choose where the shortcuts go, where it installs, and if i want to install other settings with it like the tool bar or without toolbar ect

This is a wide area, and you will have to be specific about the programmes you want to install.
