Is it possible to create the RunOnceEx.cmd file for a NONE OEM CD unattended? More specifically, the instructions are a bit confusing.

The CD type doesn't matter.
You'll have to be more clear on what you don't understand
if you want someone to help you.

See the reply above. Secondly, the filename of the batch script doesn't matter, it's the contents which count. The batch script simply adds keys and values to RunOnceEx in your Registry. The type of CD-ROM doesn't matter therefore; it can be a corporate release, retail release, et cetera.
